为了准确定位CT影像中主动脉血管部分并分割出钙化点,运用图像分割中基于区域的分割技术,提出一种新的分割方法。首先通过连通域分割过滤掉骨骼部位的影响,获得只含有主动脉血管部位的图像,然后通过阈值分割即可获得钙化点部位图像,并计算得到钙化程度。实验结果表明:该方法与医学实践有较高的一致性,并可实现全自动。
A new method based on region segmentation techniques is proposed in order to locate the part of aorta accurately and split the calcifications in CT images. Firstly the skeletal parts of the image are filtered by connected region segmentation, so that an image only containing the part of aorta is obtained. Secondly the calcifications parts of the image is acquired by thresholding methods from this image. Finally, the de- gree of calcification is calculated. Experimental results, show that this method shares high consistency with medical practice and can achieve completely automatic.
