本文分析了国际引文技术知识扩散与技术创新互动的内在机制,构建了包含国际引文技术知识扩散量与技术创新产出两个方程的联立模型,并以我国29个地区2002—2008年的面板数据为样本进行实证检验。结果表明,国际引文技术知识扩散与技术创新之间存在相互影响的内生关系。总体上,国际引文技术知识扩散与我国技术创新能力之间已经形成良性互动关系;而就各技术创新层次的检验结果差异显著:国际引文技术知识扩散与消化吸收模仿创新之间具备相互促进能力,但国际引文技术知识扩散尚未有效发挥对自主创新的提升作用,简单模仿创新也并未促进国际引文技术知识扩散。
We analyze the internal mechanism between technical knowledge diffusion of international citations and technological innovation, and construct a simultaneous model contains two equations, i.e. technical knowledge diffusion of international citations and technological innovation. Then we do an empirical test using the panel data of 29 areas in China from 2008 to 2008. The results show that : there exists the mutual influence relationship between technical knowledge diffusion of international citations and technological innovation. Overall, there exists positive interaction relationship between technical knowledge diffusion of international citations and technological innovation.
