目前频繁出现的＂用工荒＂及工资上涨等问题为中国经济增长方式转变提供了重要契机。本文将工资上涨助推经济增长方式转变的作用机理总结为技术进步引致效应及人力资本投入引致效应,在此基础上,运用因子分析方法构建技术进步及人力资本的衡量指标,并借助省际面板数据实证检验工资上涨在经济增长方式转变中的作用。实证结果显示,随着时间的推移,工资上涨对中国经济增长方式转变的影响逐渐增强,其中工资上涨借助技术进步引致效应显著促进了经济增长,但通过人力资本引致效应对经济增长的作用尚不显著。基于不同地区的回归结果比较得出,工资上涨助推经济增长方式转变的作用效果差异显著,其在劳动力市场化程度高的地区作用显著高于其他地区。

英文摘要：

Recently,frequent ＂Recruitment Shortages＂ and wage growth provide an important opportunity for China＇s economic growth mode transformation.This paper summarizes the mechanism of wage growth promoting economic growth mode transformation as technical progress effect and human capital input effect.On this basis,we construct factors of technological progress and human capital with the help of factor analysis method.Then we analyze the effect of wage growth on the transformation of economic growth mode with provincial panel data.The empirical results show that,the role of wage growth in China＇s economic growth mode transformation highlights gradually.Wage growth promotes economic growth significantly through technological progress effect,but not significantly through human capital effect.Based on the results of different regions＇ regression,we can get the effects of wage growth promoting economic growth mode transformation are different.The effect of wage growth is obvious in the area of high degree of marketization.
