目的:探讨神经梅毒患者的体感诱发电位(SEP)和视觉诱发电位(VEP)各方面变化特点。方法:对42例神经梅毒患者包括32例神经梅毒有症状(A组)和10例神经梅毒无症状(B组),以及20例正常对照(C组),分别均进行体感诱发电位和视觉诱发电位检查并进行比较分析。结果:A、B组的视觉诱发电位(VEP)中视觉诱发电位(P100)潜伏期、体感诱发电位(N20)潜伏期(PL)分别与C组相比,均显著延长(P〈0.05)。结论:N20、P100等指标有利于神经梅毒早期诊断,为临床上治疗提供帮助,并且一定程度上可以作为无症状神经梅毒早期损害的客观依据。
Objective:To explore the change patterns of various components of somatosensory evoked potentials (SEP) and visual evoked potentials (VEP) in patients with neurosyphilis.Method:42 patients with neurosyphilis,including 32 symptomatic patients (A group) and 10 asymptomatic patients (B group),and 20 normal subjects (C group),they were separated examined for SEP and VEP, and comparative analysis was performed.Result:Compared to C group,there were significant prolongations of P100 latency in VEP and N20 peak latency (LP) in SEP of A and B group (P〈0.05).Conclusion:The indicators including SEP (N20) and VEP (P100) are favorable for early diagnosis of neurosyphilis,which could facilitate clinical treatment,and provide certain evidences for early damages in asymptomatic neurosyphilis.
