德国双元制对促进我国高职人才培养模式改革起到了重要的推动作用。苏州健雄职业技术学院与德国工商大会上海代表处紧密合作，构建起由德国培训专家、国内职教专家、专业骨干教师、企业技术专家组成的项目组，从实践到理论，再从理论到实践，经历了从“双元制”到“定岗双元”的实践过程。

German dual-system plays an important role in promoting the reform of talents training of higher vocational education in China. Suzhou Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology and GIC Shanghai Office work closely , together setting up an project team, made of German experts, domestic vocational experts, professional teachers and technologists in enterprises, transforming between theoretical and practical level, going through “dual-system”to“post-fixed dual system”process, in order to provide referable experience for talent training of higher vocational colleges.
