新疆作为丝绸之路经济带的核心区应尽快转变粗放型的外贸发展方式。新疆经济具有高速持续增长的内在动力,科技研发实力不断增强,产业结构逐渐优化,但外贸发展方式上存在着思想观念束缚、基础设施落后、区域经济发展不平衡、产业结构层次较低、人力资本开发不足等问题。该文从贸易理念转变、生产要素结构升级、产业结构优化、科技创新等方面,探讨了新疆外贸发展方式转变的途径。

英文摘要：

As a core area of the Silk Road Economy Belt,Xinjiang needs to transform the present extensive foreign trade pattern as soon as possible. On the one hand,there are such advantages as internal impetuses for a fast and lasting economic development,unceasing enhancement of technical research and development,and gradual optimization of industrial structure;on the other hand,disadvantages exit such as the ideological constraint on the development mode of foreign trade,the restriction of poor infrastructures,uneven economic development,low layer of industrial structure and lack of human capital exploitation. This paper investigates the transformation of Xinjiang foreign trade development mode from the aspects of changing the tade idea,upgrading production factors structure,optimizing industrial structure and technological innovation.
