文章运用生态足迹模型,对新疆2000—2012年的产业结构转型的环境效应进行了测评。研究结果表明：新疆产业结构转型带来了良好的生态环境效应,生态环境效率也有所提升;产业结构的生态环境影响指数从2000年的1.275下降到2012年的0.759,产业结构变化给生态环境带来的压力有所下降;第一产业和第三产业生态环境影响指数持续降低,而第二产业生态环境影响指数不断上升,新疆工业环境资源利用效率在不断下降。新疆整体产业结构转型缓慢,产业结构问题依旧突出。新疆应进一步推进产业结构转型升级,努力构建“两型社会”。

Using the model of ecological footprint, evaluate 2000-2012 environmental effects on industrial structure upgrading in Xinjiang province. The result showed： Xinjiang industrial structure upgrading brought a good ecological environment effects, ecological efficiency was also improved. Influence index of industrial structure on nature environment declined from 1.275 in 2000 to 0.759 in 2012, The change of industrial structure brought to the ecological environment pressure weakly. Index of primary industry and tertiary industry was reduced, while the index of second industry was rose, The efficiency of using industrial resources on the decline. Industrial structure upgrading slowly in Xinjiang province, industrial structure problem was still outstanding. Xinjiang should promote industrial structure upgrading, resource saving and environmental friendly society.
