从比较优势、产业绩效、发展创新、可持续发展能力和对外开放能力5方面构建了丝绸之路经济带背景下新疆优势产业选择评价指标体系,选取2013年新疆35个工业产业数据,采用灰色关联度与理想解法相结合的组合评价方法,确定丝绸之路经济带背景下新疆的优势产业。结果表明,丝绸之路经济带背景下新疆的优势产业、潜在优势产业主要是资源型产业;与其相关联的加工制造业发展程度较低。最后,针对分析结果提出了提高新疆产业竞争力的对策建议。

Build evaluation system of Xinjiang advantage industry under the background of The Silk Road Economic Belt from five aspects,include comparative advantage,industrial performance,development and innovation,sustainable development and ability to opening up;select 35 Xinjiang industrial data in 2013,use combination evaluation methods of Grey Relational Analysis（GRA）and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution（TOPSIS）,determine Xinjiang advantage industry under the background of The Silk Road Economic Belt.The results show that the advantage industry and the potential advantages industries are mainly resource-based industries;and its＇ associated processing and manufacturing industries are in a low level of development.For the results,proposed suggestions to increase Xinjiang industrial competitiveness in Silk Road Economic Belt.
