以桥式起重机金属构件中的小车架为研究对象,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对小车架结构进行了模态数值分析,从理论角度得到了小车架结构的振动特性参数固有频率和振型,结果表明此小车架结构设计合理。能有效避免共振。
Taking the trolley frame of bridge crane metal components as the research object, using ANSYS finite element analysis software, modal numerical of the trolley frame was analyzed, the trolley frame structure vibration characteristic parameters natural frequency and vibration mode was got on theoretical perspective, the results show that the trolley frame structure design which can effectively avoid resonance is reasonable.
