By using the correlativity and Granger casualty tests to test the association of the information industry and the three major industries, the article sets up the modified Cobb-Douglas production function under the neutral technical progress assumption and estimates the indirect contribution of information industry on Hebei＇s three major industries. The results show that： the information industry and service industry in Hebei province have strong correlation degree, and have the causality relationship of the development, but the association level with the agriculture is low. The development of the information industry in Hebei province should rely on industrial concentration degree, give full play to the information industry cluster effect, and strengthen the information personnel training.
