目的:建立甘松中甘松新酮含量的测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色潽法,以Promosil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱;以乙腈-水(7030)为流动相;流速为1m L/min;检测波长为250nm;柱温30℃;进样量10μL。结果:甘松新酮的进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性范围是0.0431-0.8642μg,平均回收率为97.84%,RSD为1.57%。结论:该方法简便、快速、精密度好,可用于测定甘松中甘松新酮的含量。
Objective: To establish the determination method of the content of nardosinone in Nardostachys Chinensis Batal.. Methods: The samples were analyzed with reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). Experimental conditions were as follows: Promosil C18 column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm), acetonitrile-water as mobile phase, the detective wavelength at 250nm, the column temperature at 30℃ and sample size of 10 μL. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the sample size of nardosinone and peak area, with the linearity range being 0.04312-0.8642μg. The average recovery rate was 97.84% and RSD was 1.57%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, which is suitable for the determination of nardosinone in Nardostachys Chinensis Batah.
