数字图书馆馆藏的评价是数字图书馆评价的重要内容。由于数字图书馆是一个复杂的系统,往往需要多个专家参与评价活动,同时在实际的评价过程中,专家给出的评价指标信息可能以区间数形式来表达不确定性信息,因此有必要研究不确定信息环境下的数字图书馆馆藏的群评价方法。本文在不确定加权算术平均算子的概念的基础上,给出了不确定信息环境下的数字图书馆馆藏的群评价模型方法。实例分析结果表明该方法是可行有效的。
英文摘要：
Library collection evaluation is an important part in digital library evaluation. As digital library is a complex system, several experts are usually required to take part in the evaluation activities. During the actual e- valuation process, experts usually give the uncertain index information, which is expressed by interval numbers. Therefore, it＇ s necessary for us to study the method of group evaluation of digital library collection based on uncer- tain information. In this paper, we propose a group evaluation model under the uncertain information environment based on the concept of uncertain weighted arithmetic averaging operator. The result of case study shows the method proposed in this paper is feasible and effective.
