文章结合TD—SCDMA产业联盟和产业链现状，分析处于核心技术平台（plafform）上的TD—SCDMA产业联盟。从“合作型”联盟博弈出发，分析TD—SCDMA标准横向联盟和市场结构，并分析影响联盟企业收益的因素。运用HHI指数分析联盟结构，得出网络效应极强的TD—SCDMA产业联盟趋于完全兼容，并从标准纵向联盟和界面控制角度，描述其“主从式结构”的特点以及通信企业的行为和收益。同时分析了纵向联盟中模块之间的标准化问题。
英文摘要：
The paper studies the horizontal standard alliance and analyzes the market structure of TD-SCDMA alliance. The study concludes that, onto core technology platform, the TD-SCDMA alliance approximate ＂Cooperative Game＂. Then analyzes factors which will affect members of alliance. By using of HHI index, the study concludes that the TD-SCDMA alliance will become fully compatible. From the view of vertical standard alliance and the interface control point, through the TD-SCDMA Industry Alliance module analysis, it concludes that this alliance is ＂master-slave structure＂. At last, the paper analyzes the behaviors of enterprises in market.
