This research includes the basic concept and development of the T-plan technology roadmap,and analyses the motivation of technical small and medium enterprises which establish the T-Plan technology roadmap,then systematically describes the determination process of T-plan and the practice of the author in certain enterprise,finally introduces some reflections of the establishment of T-plan roadmap.
