Due to uncertainties and complexities give birth to the future of new technology, it is very difficult to identify and select the industrialization potential of new technology from many emerging technologies, the critical step is how to design the industrialization potential evaluation system of new technology and calculate the weight of each index scientifically. This paper discusses the industrialization potential evaluation system based on Delphi survey and proposes the process of weight computation by applying ANP in SD software.
