应用基于专利的交叉影响法，从会聚深度的变化趋势和会聚广度的变化趋势两方面定量地分析纳米技术、生物技术、信息技术（NBI）三大技术间的会聚趋势。通过会聚深度分析得出了纳米、生物、信息技术各自领域内部及交叉领域内会聚深度不断增强的技术；通过会聚关系网络的动态变化分析得出了会聚广度不断扩大的关键技术。在此基础上为企业选择会聚技术的优先研发领域提出了对策建议，为政府促进会聚技术发展策略的制定提供支持。
英文摘要：
Using patent-based cross impact analysis, this paper analyzes the converging trend of nanotechnology, biotechnology and information technology quantificationally from the aspect of converging depth and converging width. Within respective fields and cross area of NBI, the paper concludes the converging depth and the converging width of the key technologies. Based on the result, this study makes suggestions to enterprises for the choice of priority development fields and offers support to the government for for- mulating development strategies to the converging technology.
