After the international financial crisis, the world is breeding a new industrial revolution base on the economic form of network economy. Under the condition of the network economy forthcoming, the industrial organization factors of competition relationship between the enterprises, behavior pattern, organization structure and the production pattern will change significantly, and will exert an important influence on industrial efficiency and competitiveness. In the face of the impact of the new industrial revolution and the change trend of industrial organization, our country should restore the market structure based on effective competition; develop the new business pattern based on of the network economy, innovate the business mode and the mode of production; build the competitive network organization; give full play to the guidance functions of the industrial policy.
