近年来随着经济全球化的不断推进,各国的贸易壁垒在不断减蒋.改革开放以来,我国大量引入外商直接投资（FDI）用于污染密集型产业,导致生态环境遭到严重破坏.因此,FDI与环境污染之间的关系越来越受到人们的关注.以低碳经济为研究背景,以清洁发展机制（CDM）合同数作为衡量低碳经济发展的约束变量,通过理论和实证,分析研究FDI对我国环境污染的影响.研究结果表明：现阶段FDI并不是造成我国环境污染的直接原因,但FDI对环境污染有长期稳定的影响;发展清洁发展机制（CDM）能够缓解这种影响,促进我国环境水平的提高,实现经济的可持续发展.
英文摘要：
In recent years, with the development of economic globalization, international trade barriers are weakening. A large number of foreign direct investment （FDI） had been used in Pollution intensive enterprises since the reform and opening policy in China, leading to ecological environment destruction. Therefore, the relationship between FDI and environmental pollution has been paid more and more attention. According to taking the clean development mechanism （CDM） contract number as a constraint variable to measure the development of low carbon economy, we draw the following conclusions ： In China, FDI did not cause the environmental pollution directly, but had a long-term stability relationship with the industrial waste discharge. Through the implementation of clean development mechanism （CDM）, the scale effect of FDI has been alleviated, the technical spillover effect of FDI has produced some improvement on the environmental pollution recently.
