全球金融危机后，新兴经济体面临着经济增长、结构调整、可持续发展和就业的压力。在逐步融入全球价值链，成为全球产业新型分工格局的重要环节过程中，推动产业转型升级，攀升全球价值链高端环节成为新兴经济体产业发展面临的重要任务。基于上述研究，从抢抓新产业革命机遇，推动技术创新和扩大内需等方面提出推动新常态下的新兴经济体产业转型升级的对策建议。
英文摘要：
Many Emerging Economies are facing the pressures of economic growth, structural adjustment, sustainable development and employment after Global Financial Crisis. During the process of integration into Global Value Chains and becoming an important part of the new division structure of Global Industries, promoting industries restructuring and upgrading, rising the high-end segment of GVC become an important task of industries development that Emerging Economies are facing. Based on the above, we proposed the following measures to promote industries transformation and upgrading of Emerging Economies in the ＂new normal＂： seizing the new opportunities from Industrial Revolution, promoting technological innovation and promote the expansion of domestic demand and so on.
