Middle managers play an important role in the development of the hotel, whose career development problem attracts the attention of the researchers. At present career plateau problem of middle managers becomes prominent increasingly in the hotel. It becomes a problem we need to be addressed how to help middle managers deal with career development bottleneck. This article discusses the pros and cons of career plateau to middle managers career development, and puts forward some concrete reform methods for this problem.
