从转型表现形式、发展路径和实施模式三个方面分析国有企业战略转型基本内涵,提出两种方向的转型路径,构建基于转型方式及影响程度的四种国有企业战略转型实施模式,阐述路径和模式的关系及作用。研究发现,战略动机、转型方向、转型模式、战略效果及其相互作用是决定国有企业战略转型的重点,核心在于模式之间的全过程动态转化。
This paper first analyzes the basic contents of the strategic transformation of state-owned enterprises from the three aspects of transformation form, development path and implementing mode, and then puts forward the two-direction paths of the transformation, and finally constructs four implementing modes of transformation according to the transformation mode and its impact. It also discusses the importance of path and mode and their relationship. The study shows that key to affecting this transformation is the strategic motivation, the transformation direction, the transformation mode, the strategic effect and their interactions, highlighting the dynamic transformation from one mode to another.
