为解决颜色测量过程中光源分布不均匀、外界环境光影响和测试结果误差大等问题,提出并实现一套在稳定均匀光源下的高精度颜色测量系统。系统主要由标准光源对色灯箱、PR-670亮度色度计及测色软件3部分组成。对市售标准光源对色灯箱进行了整体重建与升级改进,通过安装棱镜板、扩散板等装置,提供稳定且均匀的光源;应用PR-670亮度色度计精确获得被测颜色的色度、三色刺激值、光谱、色坐标和亮度等,其中色坐标的精确度达到10^-4;通过LabVIEW开发的测色软件将参数显示、搜集并综合比较,支持数据读写功能,得出被测颜色的色彩本质属性。实验结果表明,被测颜色物体在一般的标准光源对色灯箱内,随着位置的不同色坐标存在较大差异,其X、Y方差为Sx=3.40046×10^(-5),Sy=4.738 75×10^(-5)。在改进后的灯箱内部,色坐标较为密集、稳定,其X1、Y1方差为Sx_1=8.182 49×10^(-6),Sy1=1.590 99×10(-5)。通过对比可知,本文系统较大提高光源分布均匀性,缩小测试误差,实现了仪器的自动化控制。
In order to solve the problem of the nonuniform light, reduce the influence from environmental light and decrease data error from the artificiality, a color measurement system is proposed and made un der stable and uniform light. This system consists of the standard light box, the luminance colorimeter (Spectrum Scan PR-670) and the color measurement software. The standard light box is developed more than its original version so that more uniform light can be generated and supported by changing the shape of it,setting the diffusion plate and light guide plate,adjusting the light position and so on. Utilizing lumi- nance colorimeter PR-670, high accuracy parameters about color are tested, such as chroma, tristimulus value,spectrum,color coordinates,luminance and so on,and color coordinates have high precise of 10^(-4). By combining with color measurement software, all sorts of parameters are collected and analyzed from different aspects. And the software can support writing and reading data about color,and data and pictures about the color can be saved. The nature of color is got by using this system finally. The experi mental results demonstrate that when the color is tested in the original standard light box,the color co- ordinates of it are very different with changing its places, and Sx= 3.40046×10^(-5) , Sy = 4.73875×10^(-5) ;when the color is tested in the developed standard light box that,to some extent the color coordi- nates are dense,and Sx_1= 8.18249×10^(-5), Sy_l=1.59099×10^(-5). This kind of color system can improve the light uniformity, get high accuracy parameters, reduce error, and realize the automation control.
