在复杂经济形势下市场信心易波动，对稳定和引导公众预期的要求更高。随着我国经济进入新常态，经济结构性矛盾进一步凸显，货币政策兼顾总量与结构调控、货币政策调控框架转型、经济运行复杂多变等多重因素增加了货币政策预期管理的难度。当前，我国尚未形成比较完善的公众预期管理体系，需借鉴国外经验并结合我国实际情况，逐步构建和完善货币政策预期管理体系。
英文摘要：
In the complex economic situation, market confidence is easy to fluctuate, and the requirements for stabilizing and guiding the public expectation are higher. With China＇s economy entering the new normal state, the structural contradictions of the economy are highlighted policy faces multiple challenges. For example, multiple factors structure control, transformation of monetary policy conomy, increased the difficulties of the expectation ~ China＇s expected management of monetary like the balance between total amount and regulation framework and the complex and changeable emanagement. From the current reality of our country, a thorough expected management system has not formed, the public expectations are lack of effective measure- ment and guidance. In order to implement the goal of strengthening the public expected management, we need to learn from foreign experience and combine the actual situation in China to build and improve our expected management system gradually.
