This paper offers the empirical evidence about the logical relationship between female directors, risk-taking and the resource allocation behavior by using the 62 city commercial banks in China from 2008 to 2013 . The Empirical study found that the participation of female directors in the bank board can not only significantly reduce the bank level of risk-taking,but also play a noticeable positive effect for the allocation of bank credit resources. However,The further studies have found that the cross terms with female directors and the nature of controlling shareholders have significant positive and negative correlation on risk taking and the allocation of bank credit resources. The op- posite views mean that the governance effect of female directors is affected by the negative influence of state-owned holding in local city commercial banks. From the above conclusions, the participation of female directors can effectively improve the governance efficiency of the board of directors in city commercial banks, but the promotion effect is interfered by the state-owned holding bank. For the comprehensive understanding of the relationships between female directors with the bank's risk control and the allocation of credit resources, it has the important enlightenment function.
