Innovative Experimental Classes （IEC ） based on the new education mode and training plan make a first-class undergraduate students with good foundation ,strong ability and high quality in order to meet the social need for talents ,which make them become internationally competitive talents when they complete the whole higher education in the future .IEC take up the academic superiority and good teaching resources in Colleges or Universities mostly ,which make them can better explore the new cultivation pattern that is combined general and basic education in junior with broad extension of professional knowledge in senior .For this purpose ,we should change and widen the models of management ,emphasize basic knowledge ,practical ability and personal quality in overall improvement .Thus ,IEC can provide a serial of remarkable graduates for society .
