社区教育工作者的整体素质不高、专业素养缺失已经成为制约社区教育深入发展的:瓶颈。从专业素养的角度出发,综合教育学、社会学等相关理论,以江苏省无锡市为例,有针对性地展开调查和访谈,重点了解分析当前社区教育工作者专业素养现状,并以此为基础,为提升社区教育工作者专业素养和发展社区教育提出相关建议与对策。
The overall deficient professional quality in community education staffhas become a bottleneck in the development of community education. Starting from the professional perspective, combing with pedagogy and sociology, and taking Wuxi of Jiangsu for an example, this paper takes targeted investigations and interviews, keeps track of the current professional quality in community education staff, and based on which it finally puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for enhancing the professional quality in community education staff and developing community education.
