目的了解某高校在校临床专业学生面部蠕形螨的感染情况。方法 2015年6月采用透明胶带法,对140名大学生进行取样镜检。结果面部蠕形螨的总感染率为56.43%(79/140),其中男女感染率分别为55.71%(39/70)、57.14%(40/70),其差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。油性、干性及中性皮肤的感染率分别为73.33%(44/60)、28.57%(10/35)、55.56%(25/45),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。面部痤疮患者蠕形螨感染率为88.24%(45/51)高于面部无痤疮者蠕形螨感染率38.20%(34/89,P〈0.05)。口味偏辛辣、偏清淡、及无特定偏好者的感染率分别为71.62%(53/74)、53.57%(15/28)、28.94%(11/38),3者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论部蠕形螨感染存在普遍,皮肤性状、面部痤疮和饮食口味对蠕形螨的寄生有影响。
Objective To understand the status of prevalence of human demodex infection on facial skin of clini- cal medicine profession undergraduates in a university. Methods A total of 560 samples from 140 undergraduatesof clinical medicine profession in a university were collected with the cellophane tape method in June, 2015. The slides were observed with a microscope. All the results were analyzed by using SPSS 17.0. Results The total infection rate of de- modex was 56.43% (79/140), in which, the male and female infection rates were 55.71% (39/70) and 57.14% (40/70) re- spectively, and the difference between them was not statistically significant (P〉0.05). The infection rates about oily, dry and neutral skins were 73.33 %(44/60), 28.57 %(10/35) and 55.56% (25/45) respective/y, and the difference among them was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The infection rate of demodex in patients with facial acne was 88.24% (45/51), which was higher than 38.20% (34/89) of students without the disease (P〈0.05). The infection rates of the students with heavy foodlik- ing, light food liking and no specific preference were 71.62% (53/74), 53.57% (15/28) and 28.94% (11/38) respectively, and there was a significant difference among them. Conclusion Facial demodex widely exists on the face of the crowd, and there is no statistical significance between the female and male. The skin character, facial acne and food liking affect the demodex infection.
