In this paper, the existence and expression of solution about extremal problem on a class of irregularly constrained functional that can be extensively applied have been deeply and systematically discussed and analyzed. In particular, we achieved a series of valuable results both in theory and in application. Meanwhile, the proof on the existence of extremal solution about this kind of problem fills a gap in this field.
