In this paper , the model structure and iterative theory of the structural equation modeling is studied. Firstly, the fonns of structural relations with reasoning structural equation of two structure and tow latent variables is introduced. Secondly, the iterative procedure is studied and a program is developed to accomplish it. Lastly, the validity of iterative procedure it verifies by calculation and exemplification.
