从顾客和企业两个视角出发,从顾客满意度水平和企业利润双方因素来研究有效顾客订单渗透点的选择。结合顾客订单渗透点特点,研究在定制化生产过程中,影响企业利润以及顾客满意度水平的主要因素,如标准化质量水平,定制化质量水平,成本、价格等,进而建立有效顾客订单渗透点的定位选择模型,求得使企业利润以及顾客满意度双赢条件下的顾客订单渗透点定位范围,以便为企业定制化生产模式的选择提供依据。
The positioning of the order penetration point(OPP) is studied based on customer satisfaction and profit From the angles of enterprise and customer,respectively. First, combining the characteistic of OPP, key factors affecting customer satisfaction and profit in product customization are analyzed. Then a model of positioning of OPP is built according to the satisfaction and profit function. Finally, the valid scope of OPP choosing which is beneficial to both profit and satisfaction is obtained.
