利用FLAC^3D数值模拟软件,对山西某矿受周围采、掘动压影响下煤层底板大巷围岩应力分布特征进行了模拟,得出巷道受邻巷掘动压影响不大,但工作面回采会使胶带巷应力产生一个激增的过程,采、掘期间周边应力最高处都位于拱肩部位,拱顶、直墙和底板部位的应力并不高,特别是拱顶部位应力最低;根据数值模拟结果及相关的地质资料等提出胶带巷的支护方案,巷道施工后现场监测表明,围岩变形均控制在合理的范围之内。
By using FLAC3D numerical simulation software,the stress distribution characteristics of surrounding rock of coal seam floor under the influence of mining and driving pressure around a mine in Shanxi were simulated, which is concluded that the dynamic pres- sure of the roadway is little affected by the adjacent lane, but the working face extraction can cause a surge in the stress of the belt lane and during the mining and excavation, the maximum stress is located in the arch shoulder, and the stress of the vault, the straight wall and the bottom part is not high, and especially the stress of the vault is the lowest ; according to the numerical simulation results, and re- lated geological data, the authors put forward the corresponding supporting scheme. After the construction of the tunnel, field monitoring shows that surrounding rock deformation are controlled in a reasonable range, for the same kind of dynamic pressure roadway.
