针对现今高浓度有机废液处理困难的状况,开展了利用管式炉焚烧处理高浓度有机废液实验。研究了工业废液及苯酚溶液在不同气氛、温度下的燃烧效率、COD去除率、NOx及SO2等排放特性。研究表明:焚烧法对高浓度有机废液中有机物的去除效果明显,温度越高,燃烧效率和COD去除率越高;在实验温度范围内生成的NOx主要是快速型NOx。
Considering the tough condition when dealing with high concentration organic waste liquid,an experiment on its incineration characteristics was conducted in a tube furnace. The combustion characteristics including NOx concentration,SO2 concentration,combustion efficiency and COD removal rate of industrial waste liquid and phenol solution were analyzed in different atmospheres and temperatures. The research demonstrated incineration was conducive to remove organic compound in high concentration organic waste liquid,combustion efficiency and COD removal rate was better at higher temperature. In the experimental temperature range,the NOx was mainly in rapid NOx formation.
