The graduation design is an important step for students to improve ＂two ability＂, practice ability and creative ability. This paper analyzes the problems existed in the graduation design teaching of water supply and sewerage engineering, and puts forward reforms including choosing project, school-enterprise cooperation directing and establishment of database, which focuses on＂two ability＂ cultivation.
