目的了解吉林省四平市农村儿童及家长口腔健康知识、行为习惯,为吉林省的农村口腔卫生保健工作提供信息支持。方法以第三次全国口腔健康流行病学的方法为参考,采用整群抽样的方式对四平市平东路第二小学的学生家长进行问卷调查,对学生进行口腔宣教1个月之后,再次分发相同问卷。采用SPSS19.0软件包进行数据分析。结果健康教育后家长的口腔保健知识、态度和行为等28项内容,答题正确率多数高于健康教育前,差异均有统计学意义(P值〈0.05)。结论对学生开展系统的口腔卫生保健宣传教育活动,提高了学生自身和家庭的口腔保健知识水平,体现了儿童在家庭口腔保健作用中的带动作用。
Objective To understand oral health knowledge and behavioral habits of rural children and their parents in Siping city,provide informational support for oral health care in Jilin province. Methods Consulting epidemiological method of the 3rd national oral health survey,a cluster sampling method was used to survey the parents whose children were studying in the Second Primary School of Pingdong Road in Siping city,after oral cavity health education for one month,the same questionnaires were redistributed to parents as before.SPSS 19. 0 software was used for data analysis. Results The correct rates of 28 items of the questionnaire about oral health knowledge,attitudes and behaviors after health education were statistically significantly higher than those before health education( P〈0. 05).Conclusion Systematic oral cavity health propaganda and education conducted among the students improves oral cavity health knowledge level of students and their families,which reflects the leading role of children in family oral health care.
