实习教学作为给排水科学与工程专业培养的一个环节，近年来出现了诸如接待实习单位减少、指导教师工程能力不足、实习经费缺乏、考核方式单一等问题。应建立稳定的实习实训基地、加强教师工程能力培养、合理利用实习经费、改革考核方法及通过现代化手段完善实习教学方式等，以有效保障实习教学的效果，达到实习教学应有的目的。

In recent years, as a necessary part of the training for students, the intern instruction in water and wastewater science and engineering has shown many problems such as the decrease in the number of reception companies, the guidance teachers with little engineering experience, lack of funds and the single mode of assessment. We should establish stable practice base, strengthen the cultivation of engineering teachers＇ abilities, use funds reasonably, reform assessment methods as well as perfect practice teaching mode through modem means so as to guarantee the teaching effect and achieve the teaching purpose.
