Career plateau is a common phenomenon in today's enterprises and often happens to middle-level managers. Depending on career development cycle theory, this paper discusses the evolution of career plateau, sums up the incentives of middle-level managers' career plateau, and introduces the corresponding intervention strategies. At last, the dynamic manage-ment system of defense beforehand, concurrent control and after-the-fact feedback is constructed.
