介绍了一种以普通硅酸盐水泥、高铝水泥熟料、石膏、石灰为主体的复合瓦斯抽采钻孔密封材料,并测定了该材料的膨胀率、膨胀时间、凝固时间和强度等特性。研究表明,所研制的复合瓦斯抽采钻孔密封材料具有一定的膨胀性,速凝早强,能满足瓦斯抽采钻孔注浆密封的要求。其既具有水泥材料的高致密性,又具有聚氨酯类材料的膨胀性能,且价格低廉。
This paper introduces a composite gas drainage hole sealing material comprised of ordinary Portland cement,calcium sulphoaluminate cement clinker,gypsum and lime. The expansion rate, inflation time, coagulation time and intensity are measured. The research indicates,the developed composite material has certain expansibility,as well as the property of fast coagulation early strength,which can satisfy the requirements of gas drainage drilling hole. The material has high density of cement material,and the expansion of the polyurethane materials performance,with low cost.
