贵州水城地区山区煤矿绝大多数为煤与瓦斯突出矿井,当采掘工程遇到断层等地质构造时容易发生煤与瓦斯突出事故。文章以格目底矿业有限公司米箩煤矿为工程背景,从揭露断层消突技术、断层探放水、过断层巷道支护设计等方面分析了山区煤与瓦斯突出煤矿中厚煤层开采条件下过断层的施工技术,并应用这套技术在米箩煤矿取得了较好的安全效果,提高了工作面煤巷掘进速度,促成首采面提前投产,产生了良好的经济效益。
Coal mines in mountain area of Guizhou Shuicheng Region mostly would be coal and gas outburst mines. A coal and gas outburst accident would be easily occurred when a mining and heading met fault and other geological structure. Based on Miluo Mine of Gemudi Mining Company Limited as an engineering background, from exposed fault and outburst eliminated technology, fault detection and water discharging, support design of the mine roadway support design and other aspects, a construction technology to pass through a fault under a mining condition of medium thick seam in the coal and gas outburst mine in the mountain area was analyzed. Good safety effect was obtained from the application of the technology to Miluo Mine. The driving speed of the seam gateways in the coal mining face was improved and the first coal mining face of the mine was in production in advance of the schedule with a good economic benefit.
