目前我国煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔的密封还存在一定问题,这与缺乏简单有效的钻孔密封质量的检测手段有关.常见的瓦斯浓度检测法存在较大的问题,主要表现在光学瓦斯检测仪检测出来的瓦斯浓度仅为瓦斯中的甲烷浓度,而压风检测法在现场应用的可操作性不强.通过孔内和孔口压差来判断瓦斯抽采钻孔密封质量的方法(压差检测法),能直观地观测出钻孔的密封效果,是一种简单、直观的判断钻孔密封效果的方法,且成本低廉,操作简单.
At present, a certain problem still exists in the sealing of coal-seam gas drainage boreholes in our coal mines, which is related to the lack of a simple and effective detection method for the sealing quality of the boreholes. The common gas concentration detection methods have some problems in gas concentration detection, the main manifestations are that the gas concentration detected by the optical gas detector is only the methane concentration, and the site application of the detection method by compressed air is not practical. When the detection method for determining the sealing quality of gas drainage boreholes according to the pressure difference in the hole and at the hole collar ( the detection method by compressed air) is used, the sealing effect of boreholes can be visually observed, so it is a simple, visual and effective method for determining the sealing effect of gas drainage boreholes, and its cost is low and operation is simple.
