运行条件下绝缘子表面的电场强度对覆冰过程有明显影响,但国内外对此研究不多。为此,采用有限元法和COMSOL软件对3种盘型悬式绝缘子在不同覆冰状态下的电场和电位分布进行了计算,并结合在人工气候室内的覆冰试验来研究交流电场强度对绝缘子覆冰过程的影响。结果表明:有限元法计算的覆冰绝缘子表面电场和电位分布与试验结果具有一致性,能很好地解释电场强度对绝缘子覆冰过程的影响;绝缘子表面电场和电位分布受到覆冰状态和绝缘子材料和型式的影响;覆冰过程中,电场畸变和局部电场强度的变化影响绝缘子覆冰增长速率、覆冰外观和分布、覆冰质量、覆冰密度和闪络电压;电场对玻璃绝缘予覆冰过程的影响要高于瓷绝缘子。
In order to explain the influence of electrical field on insulator icing, the electrical field and potential distribution on suspension insulators were calculated by finite element method (FEM) and simulated by COMSOI. software,and these insulators were also experimentally studied to test the calculation results. The results show that the calculation results by finite element method accord with those from laboratory,and the material and configuration affect the electrical and potential distribution as well as ice condition. In addition, the results show that the effects on icing insulator of electrical field intensity mainly conclude ice accreting velocity, ice distribution, ice quality, ice density and flashover voltage,and the effect on ice formation and flashover voltage of glass insulator is higher than that of porcelain insulator.
