目的：探讨鼻内窥镜下同期手术治疗鼻腔泪道相关疾病的手术方法和临床意义。方法：对12例患者采用鼻内窥镜下手术治疗鼻腔疾病如肥厚性鼻炎、鼻腔息肉、鼻中隔偏曲、中鼻甲和钩突疾病然后同期行泪囊鼻腔造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎，随诊观察6mo～1a。结果：10例治愈，2例好转。结论：内窥镜下同期手术治疗鼻腔泪道相关疾病疗效良好，优点多。
英文摘要：
AIM：To investigate the surgical methods and clinical significance of the same-period surgery for nasal lacrimal related diseases under endoscope. METHODS：A total of 12 cases with chronic dacryocystitis and nasal diseases, such as hypertrophic rhinitis, nasal polyps, nasal septum deviation, the middle turbinate and uncinate process diseases, were treated with nasal surgery and dacryocystorhinostomy under endoscope in the same period. The follow-up period lasted from six months to one year.RESULTS： After the combined surgery 10 cases were cured and 2 cases improved. CONCLUSION： Combined surgery in the same period for chronic dacryocystitis and nasal diseases under endoscope can be carried out with high curative rate and many advantages.
