为了提高半潜船操纵及船员培训水平,用VB实现了半潜船航海模拟器的压载水系统仿真。建立了空压机、泵、压载舱的压力、电流、液位数学模型,以动画和数字形式显示空压机的电流和压载舱的液位、容积和压力。系统由61个窗体组成,采用随机数据读取方式与船舶配载计算系统通信,传送各舱容积并获取船舶吃水和姿态角度数据。经过测试系统能够模拟半潜船的各项实际压排水情况,仿真效果令人满意。
In order to improve training of crews for semi-submersible vessel maneuvering, ballast water system simulation is developed with VB in a navigation simulator of semi-submersible heavy lift vessel. Mathematical models of the pressure, electric current and liquid level of ballast tanks, compressors and pumps are constructed. The electric currents of compressors and liquid levels, volumes and pressures of the ballast tanks can be displayed numerically with animated pictures. This simulation system consists of 61 windows and communicates with marine loading calculation system in a random data file input/output mode to transmit the data of each ballast tank volume and to acquire the data of ship drafts and attitude angles. The simulation results are satisfactory in that the system can simulate actual ballast and de-ballast water cases for semi-submersible heavy lift vessels.
