在教学和科研实践中发现船舶操纵运动方程（Nomoto模型）的推导在数学上不够严密，虽然Nomoto模型作为一种近似方法仍然可以继续使用，但为了科学的严谨，对船舶运动数学模型重新进行了简化，指出了Nomoto模型的适用范围，并给出了小型及快速船舶的Nomoto模型参数的修正方案。
英文摘要：
It was found that the deduction of the Nomoto model for ships was not very precise in the view of mathematics during the teaching and scientific research. Although the Nomoto model still could be applied as an approximate method, some research had been done to simplify the mathematical model of ship motion for the scientific preciseness. The application range of the Nomoto model and the amendment of Nomoto model parameters for small ships and fast ships are given.
