大学生就业形势日益严峻的背后隐藏着诸多问题,但课程设置不够合理导致大学生难以胜任用人单位的需求是其中的重要原因之一。通过将胜任特征的思想引入到课程设计中,以工商管理专业为研究对象,在对其课程建设现状进行调查与分析的基础上,借鉴国外教育的成果经验,提出了基于胜任特征模型的工商管理本科专业课程设计的对策建议。
There are many problems behind increasingly serious employment situation, but unreasonable curriculum is a key reason, which leads to the mismatch between the competencies of undergraduates and needs of employers. In this paper, the idea of competency is introduced into curriculum design.
