胜任特征模型的有效性在很大程度上取决于胜任特征建模方法.现有的主要方法包括行为事件访谈法、情景判断测验法、问卷调查法、职位分析法、专家小组意见法、口语报告与汇编栅格法和团体焦点访谈法七种。本文采用文献研究的方法,对这七种建模方法进行了系统的梳理,指出现有方法面临五个方面的挑战。在此基础上.提出了未来三个方面的研究设想:一是依据研究目的,有效集成现有多种方法,以提高研究反映客观事实的程度;二是基于“中国情景”进行基础性理论研究,探索更为快捷而科学的具有中国特色的胜任特征建模方法:三是坚持研究途径与实践途径并行推进、互相结合的方式。
The validity of competency model depends on the constructing method of competency model to a great extent. Existing methods mainly includes behavior event interview, situational judgment test, questionnaire survey, job analysis, expert group attitude, repertory grid method, and focus group interview. Through a literature review, this paper summarizes main researches about above mentioned seven methods and points out the shortcomings in five areas. On the basis, the trends of future researches are put forward as follows: firstly, integrate existing methods in order to better reflect the objective reality according to research aim; secondly, explore the scientific constructing methods of competency model based on "China context"; finally, boost and combine both research and practice.
