The research on business model innovation in this paper is based on dynamic perspective,and the dynamic business model innovation logic framework which includes dynamic factors,composed factors and successful factors is put forward.Then,based on this logic framework,Lanxum technology Co.,LTD in growth enterprise market is taken as the case,the process of its business model innovation and the dynamic factors which affect its business model innovation are described,the effectiveness of its business model innovation is also analyzed.
