卵巢发育状况是影响胚胎数量和质量的关键潜在因素。大量研究表明,卵巢的发育主要依靠激素(皮质醇、促黄体素、促卵泡素)以及信号通路[哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白( mTOR)]调控。梅山猪相对于大白猪具有较高的产仔数,营养水平对梅山猪和大白猪的卵巢发育及调控模式存在差异。本文综述了梅山猪和大白猪卵巢对不同营养水平作用的应答差异,为未来研究提供理论依据。
The quantity and quality of embryo are affected by the development state of ovary. A large number of studies have shown that hormones ( cortisol, luteinizing hormone, and follicle-stimulating hormone ) and single pathway [ mammalian target of rapamycin ( mTOR) ] controlling the development of ovarian. Meishan pigs has higher little sizes when compared with Large White pigs, however, the role of nutrient level playing in ovary development and regulatory mechanism may differ between Meishan and Large White pigs. This review focued on the response differences of nutrient level on the ovary of Meishan and Large White and provide more evidence for further research.
