将商业银行营业网点定位于服务者角色,采用DEA方法的模型来评价某商业银行在淮安的支行所下属的13个营业机构网点的相对效率,从中获得经营管理等信息,有助于决策者作出规模上的调整,达到有效率的经营目标,并提出改善管理的方法。
In this paper commercial bank outlets are determined as the role of serving customers and the model of C2GS2 of DEA is applied to evaluate the relative efficiency of 13 commercial bank outlets under a commercial bank,Huaian Branch.By using this method,the business information of commercial bank outlets is obtained and some methods to improve management are put forward.
