We are required to find the best way through appropriate ways and movements to develop rural education vigorously and make the education play a positive role in agriculture both interiorly and exteriorly to solve the matters of agriculture. The point of departure of the article is to explore the relationship between TV University distance education and farmers＇ acquirement of education resource and the solution to the matters of agriculture. The aim of the article is to attempt giving a preliminary analysis and explanation of the important way for formers to gain resources equally.
