用钛酸丁酯作钛源,95%的乙醇水溶液作溶剂,柠檬酸铵作螯合剂,利用简单的溶胶-凝胶法合成了大孔结构的TiO2。用扫描电镜(SEM),X射线衍射(XRD),傅里叶变换红外光谱(IR),差热-热重分析(TG-DTA),N2吸附等方法对产物的形貌和结构进行了表征。结果表明大孔的直径在2μm左右,这种材料比表面积比较高,并且热稳定性好,可以耐800℃的高温。550℃焙烧得到的锐钛矿对罗丹明B具有光催化活性。95%的乙醇溶液对生产介孔-大孔TiO2材料很有利。TiO2微孔-大孔多级孔结构的形成是微相分离和有机酸铵螯合作用两者共同作用的结果。
Butyl titanate was used as titanium precursor,95% ethanol water mixture as solvent.through simple sol-gel method macroporous TiO2 was synthesized.The products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) spectroscopy,thermogravimetry differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA) and N2 adsorption-desorption method.The results indicated that the macropore diameter was about 2μm.This material with big specific surface,and could withstanding 800℃ high temperature.The macroporous material calcinationed at 550℃ could degradation Rhodamine B.95% ethanol water mixtures were favorable to macroporous TiO2 formation.Macroporous TiO2 formation was the coordination of micro-phase separation and chelating function.
